LATAM Airlines Colombia will launch a new non-stop service between the Colombian capital of Bogota and Orlando, Florida on July 1, 2023. The new route is the latest addition following the approval of Delta and LATAM’s joint venture agreement in September 2022, and offers customers new access options between Colombia’s largest city and popular Florida destination. From Orlando, Delta offers 67 flights to 18 destinations, including Los Angeles, Minneapolis/St. Paul, Seattle and New York. From Bogota, LATAM Colombia offers 166 daily flights to 17 destinations, allowing easy connection to cities like Medellin, Cali and Cartagena.
“Delta’s partnership with LATAM is designed to expand access and improve the experience for customers traveling between North and South America. This exciting new route between Orlando and Bogota will give customers greater access to the places they want to visit,” said Alex Antilla, Delta vice president, Latin America. “On this new route, Delta and LATAM customers will be able to travel better and more comfortably thanks to our powerful route network and award-winning service.”
“Despite the challenging context that started this year, we continue to enhance our international network by incorporating a new route of utmost importance to travelers in the country. Through the joint venture with Delta, we will enhance our presence in the United States market, which continues to be one of the top international destinations for Colombian passengers,” said Santiago Álvarez, CEO of LATAM Airlines Colombia.
The route departs Bogota at 10:15 AM and arrives in Orlando at 3:33 PM. The flight from Orlando departs at 4:57 p.m. and arrives in Bogota at 8:10 p.m. The journey, which lasts 4 hours and 15 minutes, will be operated on Airbus A320 aircraft, which can accommodate 174 passengers. “With this agreement, we are strengthening our presence in the North American market with the goal of becoming the best option for passengers from this region wishing to travel to Colombia and the other South American countries that are part of the agreement,” added Álvarez.
The Bogota – Orlando route is the second that LATAM Colombia will offer between Colombia and the United States, and complements daily operations between Bogota and Miami, resulting in the airline making steady strides in expanding its international network from Colombia. Delta’s network to Colombia includes daily services between Atlanta and Bogota and between JFK and Bogota. Customers can book Delta and LATAM service between Colombia and the United States through delta.com or latam.com.

Most recently, LATAM Airlines Brazil announced a new non-stop service between São Paulo and Los Angeles, starting in Q3 2023 with three weekly frequencies. This new route offers customers from Los Angeles, where Delta is the largest global airline, access to the largest US corporate and general market.
