Ms. Kennedy will assume this critical role in supporting Open Farm’s rapid growth trajectory by leading the company’s finance, legal and information technology functions while supporting corporate strategy.

Ms. Kennedy comes to Open Farm from Roots Corporation, where she served as CFO since 2020. As CFO, she has successfully delivered strong financial results, including gross margin expansion and improved operational profitability at the end of fiscal year 2021. She also served as Vice-President of Finance at Indigo, where she was responsible for external reporting, investments, accounting, tax and internal audit was responsible. Prior to Indigo, Ms. Kennedy held senior financial and strategic positions at Maple Leaf Foods and Bombardier Aerospace.
