‘Koala Man,’ ‘The Drop,’ and More

From a boy in a koala costume to dropping babies, Hulu proves that 2023 is going to be a year of gonzo storylines. Along with a deluge of new original content, the streamer will feature many of our favorite cable series, like the upcoming season of The bachelor.

To kick off the new year, Hulu will release the animated series koala man on January 9th. Hugh Jackman will have been freed from his music man Duties at this point, which gives him time to voice one of the main characters of the series. The comedy follows a father with a not-so-secret personal life as, you guessed it, Koala Man.

Then Hulu will proceed with more original content in the release The casea new film from producers Jay and Mark Duplass. pen15Anna Konkle stars in this dark comedy that follows a young couple trying to conceive while on vacation with their friends. But baby-making plans go awry when she drops (!!) one of her friends’ babies. uh oh Catch the madness when it premieres on January 13th.

The bachelor will return to ABC on January 23, starring Zach Shallcross. Zach originally appeared in Season 19 of The Bachelorette, where Rachel Recchia and Gabby Windey served as co-bachelorettes. He almost made it to the last round but stopped at week 8. New episodes of The bachelor will come to Hulu the day after it airs.
