Enjoy these Super Bowl snacks from Connecticut restaurants

Now that the game between the Kansas City Chiefs and the Philadelphia Eagles in Super Bowl LVII is settled, it’s time to start planning the menu. These CT restaurants offer special Super Bowl packages that include wings, nachos, sliders and more.

J. Timothy’s in Plainville is opening its Super Bowl order on Jan. 31. The restaurant offers buckets with wings (35 to 40 pieces) as the only available size to take away for the weekend. A ‘cold wing pack’ with sauce on the side is sold on Fridays and Saturdays and is recommended for easy reheating at home. Other grab-and-go options include a giant pretzel with cheddar ale soup and honey mustard, a nacho kit, and buffalo hummus. Pre-orders are only accepted by calling (860) 747-6813 and early calls are recommended as the restaurant fills up quickly.

Sliders, with locations in Berlin, Middletown, Plainville, Southington and Wallingford, offers wing packages in 25 and 50 servings. Wings are available with almost 30 sauce flavors and 10 dry rubs. Pre-orders are strongly recommended. Sliders cannot accept additional orders once the reservation books are full.

Walrus Alley in Westport offers Super Bowl specials including smoked wings in flavors like Chipotle Honey, Alabama White Sauce, Walrus BBQ, Dry Jerk Rub and Tennessee Hot Sauce. Other options include chili mac, sausage and peppers, sliders (pulled pork or fried chicken), chili cheese nachos, and smoked buffalo dip. Eli Cannon’s in Middletown offers several Super Bowl food packages with options like wings, nachos, buffalo chicken dip, mac and cheese, and sticky ribs. Packages range from $65 to $200 with add-ons like burgers and pulled pork sliders. (860) 347-3547.

Blind Rhino in Norwalk and Black Rock offers a Super Bowl menu featuring wings in quantities of 50, 75, or 100 (boneless and boneless) with a choice of sauces and dry rubs, including spicy buffalo, plum sriracha, and brown togarashi sugar . Pick ups are also available from Tribus Beer Co. in Milford and Third Place by Half Full Brewery in Stamford. Two days lead time is required.

Nikki’s in Stratford offers wing specials in portions of 30 or 65 with your choice of sauce and Super Bowl spread for dine-in customers, including wings, pretzels, nachos, chili, sausage and peppers, roast beef, porketta and pizza. Reservations are required. The cost is $59.99. (203) 612-7134.

Bear’s Smokehouse, with locations in Hartford, New Haven, South Windsor and Windsor, offers an $85 “Big Game Feast” with 12 wings, a rack of ribs, a pound of pulled pork or chicken, a dozen slider rolls and a choice of three side dishes . Other appetizer options include moink balls (meatballs wrapped in bacon), wings, and buffalo and spinach artichoke dips. Bear’s also sells meat by the pound and sides in pint portions.

Que Whiskey Kitchen in Southington offers two “Hot Meat” party platters. A $70 platter features pulled pork, pulled chicken, kielbasa, and half a ribeye, and an $80 platter features baby back ribs with a honey-peach glaze.
