There was a 30 percent chance of excitement this morning, although I see no evidence it happened at my house. Temperatures will still feel chilly with a daily high of -8C and winds of 20-40mph making it feel closer to -23 with wind chills this morning and -11 in the afternoon.
Snow is expected to start tonight and be 2 to 4 cm overnight.
More snow is expected Tuesday morning, with a 60 percent chance of flurries. Periods of snow are expected on Tuesday evening and into the day on Wednesday.
I’m actually glad to see some fresh snow out there. Things were feeling a bit dingy out there as we were enjoying all the warm weather. Some fresh snow will really freshen things up.

ETS will add dedicated night transport on three routes between 10pm and 6am to transport people to emergency shelters with capacity, and overnight capacity will be added at Al-Rashid Mosque to provide an additional 50 places.
The Bissell Center operates its Community Space from 9am to 7pm, 7 days a week. The Boyle Street Community Services Center is open weekdays from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
