Harden celebrates the official opening of the Super C in the Beauharnois district
The second commercial real estate project for Harden in the district, which continues to expand its presence in the district
VADREUIL-DORION (QC) 19 December 2022 – Harden, a leading real estate company, is celebrating the timely completion of the first phase of Quartier Beauharnois, a 35,000 square foot lot occupied by Super C, which opened earlier this month and welcomed the first of many satisfied customers. This project is the Company’s second in the community following the completion of the first, District Beauharnois, in 2017, with over 150,000 rentable square feet. With an investment of more than $25 million, this project includes green spaces, an enhanced retail experience and strengthens Harden’s commitment to the communities in which they operate.

Quartier Beauharnois, easily accessible off Highway 30, consists of over 65,000 leasable square feet. YOUp to ± 20,000 square meters GLA is still under construction and available for lease, of which ± 11,625 square foot Building that can be subdivided to meet the needs of future tenants. In addition, the project includes three pads with drive-thrus and terraces (from ± 2,056 to 3,552 square meters). Construction work is expected to be fully completed in 2023.
